The N Gauge Society Annual General Meeting is held within 15 months of the previous AGM for the presentation of reports from the Committee, and discussion and decisions on any proposals put forward by members. Officers and other appointments are elected for the following year. These formal activities are outlined in our Articles of Association
2024 AGM
The 2024 AGM is going to be a little different.
In previous years, all AGMs were in person, normally with a mini-exhibition. Then, due to Covid, we went virtual.
For this year it is going to be a mixed, in person and virtual (zoom) AGM with a mini-exhibition,
There will be a mini-exhibition held until approximately one hour before the AGM starts. The AGM is due to start at 14:00 (2pm).
